Return Policy:
Our return policy is a simple general policy of 100% satisfaction or your money back. It is my goal to make every customer 100% satisfied! The few customers that have had returns were very surprised at how easy it was to get a full refund. Most of the time if there is an issue I will refund shipping cost both ways! If you are unhappy? You should not have to pay for any part of the transaction. Its already cost you time that I cant refund. I will not try to hard sell you into something youre not happy with. I will, however, want to know exactly what the problem is so I can better serve other customers and improve on web site & auctions details. There are very few exceptions to my return policy, and most of them are common sense (If you are contacting me after 3 months, chances are I wont refund your money). At least not with out a very, very, good, believable excuse If you have any questions about an item(s) on this site or up for auction, have a suggestion, or just need to write an email? Please dont hesitate.
Customers Comments / Suggestions:
